Larval Systems
Available as flow-through or recirculating. Our larval systems produce high survival rates using high disinfection rates and solids removal down to 1-5 microns depending on species. Our self-cleaning tanks maximize efficiency and productivity by making routine cleaning fast and easy while decreasing bacterial loading in culture tanks.
Land-Based Systems
Land-based aquaculture is a farming practice focused on culturing aquatic organisms on land and not in the ocean. Oceans Design builds sustainable land-based aquaculture systems by helping you optimize culturing processes, improve productivity, and increase efficiency.
RAS Systems
A recirculating aquaculture system is an entirely closed-circuit aquaculture system where the culture water is purified and reused continuously. The system components work together to either remove waste products or convert them into non-toxic products.
Broodstock Systems
Many configurations are available, from airlift to pump-driven water supply, integrated EZ TRAP egg collectors, fiberglass covers, photoperiod control systems, and heating and cooling systems to provide 100% control and year-round eggs.
Juvenile Systems
Both marine and freshwater systems are available as flow-through or recirculating. All systems are custom designed to meet the specific needs of our clients and the species cultured.
Live Feeds Systems
All our live feed systems are designed to maximize efficiency and productivity. Our cold Storage systems include titanium coils to hold algae, artemia, and rotifers to 9°C. A delivery systems quickly disperses the live feeds to the culture tanks. Harvesting with our EZ Harvest and Rinse System greatly reduces labor.
