- We size harvesters and windows to discharge water through screens at a velocity that doesn't affect the eggs on the screen.
- We base the mesh size for windows on retaining the eggs of your specific fish species.
- Our collection process is simple and gentle. An external standpipe controls the water level, concentrating eggs at the bottom of the conical harvester.
- We connect the harvester's bottom to a valve outside the outer tank with a flexible hose. Operators gently drain the eggs into a collection bucket for disinfection and stocking.
- We construct tanks from fiberglass with 2" PVC legs for adjusting the tank height.
- Our team can craft conical and rectangular harvesters from our standard fiberglass tank molds, or we can customize a tank to suit your facility's specific needs.
- We can install custom fittings for water inlets as required.
