The new Hayward Full Pattern Wafer Check Valves in PVC and CPVC, available in sizes ranging from 2" to 12" with FPM or EPDM gasket and disc seals. These check valves offer a robust full pattern body design and do not require any spacers or specialty flanges for installation, making them convenient and cost-effective. With a high Cv rating, these valves provide efficient flow control, saving on energy consumption and reducing pump wear. The FPM or EPDM gasket and face seal ensure reliable sealing performance. The one-piece disc and shaft design, along with the contoured inlet port, contribute to reduced head loss and lower closing pressure compared to swing check valves. These valves are designed for ANSI150 and PN10 flanges, and their pressure rating of 150 PSI/PN10 ensures durability and reliability in various applications. With integral bolt eyes for easy installation in large sizes (4" - 12") and the ability to be installed in both vertical and horizontal positions, these check valves provide flexibility and convenience without compromising performance.
